The focus is on actively creating and understanding images in various forms of expression. The children learn how to use materials, tools, and resources properly (e.g. paper, water, paints). Joint cleaning up, material maintenance, and responsible handling are an integral part of the lessons.  <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Artworks are regularly <span class=\"s1\"><b>photographically documented<\/b><\/span>, which also promotes media literacy.<\/p><h2><b>Differentiation and assessment<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">All children are given space for individual forms of expression. Differentiation takes place, among other things, through: <\/p><ul><li><p class=\"p1\">different design requirements<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">varying degree of detail<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"p1\">free and guided task formats<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">The performance assessment takes into account both <span class=\"s1\"><b>the design process and the finished product<\/b><\/span>, in particular creativity, technical implementation, diligence, and independence.<\/p><h2><b>Aim of art lessons<\/b><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">The aim is for students to <span class=\"s1\"><b>develop a joy in creative design<\/b><\/span>, train their perception, and learn to understand, design, and appreciate images \u2013 as a basis for cultural education and personal
